Velvet fabric slightly shiny with a soft texture. Very soft to the touch. Great for creating unique window arrangements. Wonderfully decorates the interior and adds an extraordinary shine. Due to its density and thickness it hides the window well from the sun's rays during the day and from the outside eye in the evenings.
