If you do not like the decorations that we sew for you for any reason - you can send them back to us and we will accept the return and transfer the value of the returned purchase to your account (for terms and conditions, handling cost - see Terms and Conditions). For products made to order according to the law, we do not have to do this, but we want to, for the security and comfort of our customers.

Return of goods

Detailed rules of proceeding in case of returning goods are described in the REGULATIONS OF IDESCU.PL INTERNET STORE, in par. 6, 7, 8. Return of goods can be made by sending them to Ostrów Wielkopolski to the address: iDESCU, ul. Kaliska 45, Ostrów Wlkp. Returned purchase can also be delivered in person to the above address.
