Delivery

Delivery starts as soon as your order has been paid for. We work from 8am to 6pm on weekdays, and from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. 

The average lead time for a custom-made window arrangement is no more than a few days. The maximum lead time is 14 days. The main influence on the lead time is the availability of the chosen materials.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm all the details so that the window decoration prepared for you is sure to meet your needs. At this stage it will still be possible (if necessary) to agree on minor adjustments in dimensions and similar refinements.

- Product can be returned

If for any reason you do not like the decorations that we sew for you, you can send them back to us and we will accept the return and transfer the value of the returned purchase to your account (for terms and conditions, handling costs - see Terms and Conditions). For products made to order according to the law, we do not have to do this, but we want to, for the security and comfort of our customers.

Shipping cost

The value of the shipping cost is automatically calculated depending on the delivery option selected and added to the total order amount (listed separately in the order summary). Orders are shipped by DPD and DHL.

Courier deliveries 
Courier services are carried out on working days, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are unable to collect your parcel during these hours, we recommend that you deliver it to your workplace address (please provide your company name). Delivery details, including the name of the courier and the tracking number, will be sent to you in an email when the parcel is posted. If you do not receive the aforementioned number, please email kontakt@idescu.pl to forward it.
